About the Role:
Join a professional team of health and safety professionals with a laid-back feel but a high-performing culture to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and health of their employees and contractors.
You will be based in Perth and be responsible for providing advice, support, and coaching to the Generation team to ensure the effective application of best practice across safety for the people and company assets.
Key focuses:
- Drive and embed a strong safety culture Support the delivery of our critical risk program
- Engage with all parts of this high-risk organisation to ensure physical, mental, and general wellbeing
- Support a geographically dispersed team within regional WA
The successful candidate will be an experienced and dynamic safety professional with hands-on experience promoting and supporting a positive safety culture across all corners of the business.
You will be capable of engaging with the leaders and frontline employees in a compelling and supportive way. Your ability to communicate, listen, and understand through curiosity and observation will allow you to coach and positively affect daily safety practices.
Working arrangements include;
Working from the head office in the Perth area, being on-site monthly, and WFH 2 days per week. Flexible working hours. Initial 18-month contract with a strong possibility of perm/extension.
