Due to operational growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced safety Training Coordinator to join our site operations team at the construction of Maxwell, Muswellbrook NSW! Being a full-time position, this opportunity is a FIFO, DIDO or residential position on a 8/6 roster and ready for an immediate start.
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Safety Training Coordinator to join our team. Working autonomously as well as part of a team and ensuring a high quality of work, you will gain and expand your experience and knowledge of underground mining.
This position will see you working a 8/6 roster in a full-time, permanent position, and can be FIFO from major cities or DIDO.
In order to be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate current or previous underground mining experience.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Certificate IV WHS BSB41419 or Tertiary WHS qualifications
- Certificate IV TAE40116
- Have proven underground hard rock experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- A strong focus on safety
- Hold a current manual Australian Drivers License
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
