Martogg Group's recently remodelled trading and distribution subsidiary, Martogg Connect, is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Victoria.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play an important role in connecting our extensive portfolio of high-quality traded products with our established customer base. You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Finding new customers and generating and qualifying leads for Martogg’s traded products.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and applications
- Providing product selection recommendations and solutions for your customers’ applications.
- End to end commercial management of sales to your customers including price negotiation, product supply/delivery and payment.
- Processing and managing customer orders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 year’s experience in B2B sales.
- A strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with using and or capable of learning how to use Martogg’s ERP system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for learning and staying up to date on plastic industry trends.
