The Role
We're looking to add an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to the VIC team.
As an Account Manager, you will manage customer accounts, develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales.
Key Duties
- Play an integral role in new business strategies and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Development and achievement of sales KPI targets
- A strong focus on generating new business and onboarding new customers to maximise sales and constant growth by calls and emails.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers
- Enter, track and update leads and prospects daily via CRM.
- Establish and build long-term business relationships
- Identify prospects/customer needs
About You
- Demonstrated experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Solar industry (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (word, excel)
- Proficient in G Suite (Google drive, G-mail, G-Calendar)
- The ability to learn new CRM software and processes
