About the role
Due to business growth, we are seeking expressions of interest for upcoming Team Leader positions. These positions are fully remote and can be based anywhere in Australia. This is an opportunity to join our dynamic Centre for Dementia Learning (CDL) team and make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your own location.
We are looking for full time availability, fixed term until June 2025. Reporting directly to the National Manager Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the efficient management of CDL program coordination and delivery by leading a team of Online Facilitators.
- Maintain oversight of the provision of education programs, ensuring online education programs are delivered to the highest standard.
- Work with CDL Team Leaders, Scheduling Coordinators and Administration Officers to ensure the successful delivery of online learning programs.
- Maintain oversight over record keeping and relevant assessment requirements for Facilitators as directed, consistent with CDL program guidelines, VET Quality Framework and other compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of CDL program course material and presentations, as required, to ensure consistent and optimal delivery.
- Contribute to the ongoing review and updating of CDL programs and products as appropriate.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or an equivalent discipline; OR lesser formal qualifications with specialised skills and substantial relevant experience.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Registered Training Organisation, including proven experience mentoring and developing people.
- Demonstrates drive and motivation.
