An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Sales Account Managerto join our Support Office, in Rosehill, NSW. The Sales Account Manager’s primary function is building strong partner relationships with our major Customers to retain and grow their business with CP.
You will be responsible for delivering results in these areas:
- Building a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and working with them on supporting their service needs.
- Portfolio growth and management
- Relationship building with current and new customers
- Maintaining and updating our company CRM system with all sales activities and company details
- Winning new business and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators, as per the company incentive scheme
- Working with our BDE's, onboarding customers, providing quotes, following up leads and handling sales queries
- Identifying trends and seeking opportunities for improvement
- Responsible for the profitability of accounts within your portfolio
To be considered for the role, ideally candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Computer literacy & strong Excel skills essential
- At least 2 years working within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues.
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the square.
