The Role:
EGM Partners is seeking a Sales / Account Manager to join a growing team in the events / hospitality sector based here in South Australia.
You will be a critical member of the sales & marketing department, supporting the delivery of the strategic sales plans and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating a comprehensive sales plan that includes short-term and long-term objectives, sales forecasts and budgets
- Maintaining a competitive edge through market and competitor analysis
- Working with the Executive team on wider business and strategic initiatives
- Management of financial reports and P&L
- Developing strong relationships with key customers and foster partnerships that lead to ongoing opportunity for the business
- Proven relevant experience within sales, ideally within the events and/or hospitality sector
- Excellent experience in leading / working with high performing teams and achieving outcomes
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop long term strategic relationships
- High level financial acumen and experience managing sales budgets and achieving targets
