Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Maintain relationships with existing TriCal Australia customers while promoting all products and services that the company provides.
- Search out new opportunities and new markets throughout the country with the view to grow our market share and increase sales and profit.
- Target all current, past and potential new customers with the view to maintain, and improve sales results across all Market segments of ProFume, Methyl Bromide, and Hardware.
- Assist with the development of strategies to improve sales result and margins. Liaise with GM, Customer Service and Marketing, and product suppliers.
Reports to: General Manager
Position Status: Permanent, full time.
Location: Adelaide, Wingfield & Edinburgh, Interstate travel as required.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential
- Has a high level of competency and understanding of the principles of Fumigation
- Exceptional Customer Service standards
- Be familiar with the Products and Services TriCal Australia supplies
- Strong communication skills, to maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power point
Desirable
- Experience and licensed in the field of Fumigation.
