We're looking for a highly organised and efficient Sales Admin Clerk to join our team in Parramatta ASAP.
Our ideal candidate will have proven administration experience.
Other key skills and attributes:
· Previous experience within an administration role;
· Proficiency with email, Web based applications, Microsoft Word and Excel;
· Ability to solve problem;
· Excellent level of attention to detail and great time management;
· Good data entry skills;
· The ability to work in a team environment;
· A friendly and approachable personality;
You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
· Data entry for vehicle registrations
· New / Used vehicle deal processing
· Carrying out administration tasks associated with New / Used Sales
· General reception duties as required
· Work full time plus two Saturdays overtime minimum required in a month.
· Valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle required
