Our Architectural division specialises in delivering high-quality door hardware products to the building industry, and we have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator located at our head office in Bundall to join the team.
About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales in our Commercial Hardware department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as database updates and document management.
- Entering product information into our systems.
- Updating price lists and product information.
- Assisting with product sourcing and quote preparation.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of quoting and sales information.
- Facilitating communication with project coordinators, suppliers, and internal departments to promptly address inquiries and resolve issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge or interest in Commercial Hardware or the building industry.
- Prior experience in the construction and building industry is well-regarded.
- Familiarity with Simpro would be highly regarded.
