About the opportunity
We are seeking a capable Administration & Compliance Manager to oversee administrative operations and maintain compliance across WA/SA. This role focuses on efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring adherence to existing compliance programs.
What you’ll deliver with us
Based in Perth and reporting to the State Operations Manager, you'll guide a team of 11 across 2 facilities in Perth and Adelaide, driving transformative change. With innovation and accountability, you will foster modernisation and automation, revolutionising our processes. Your leadership will set new standards, reshaping operations, and inspiring excellence. This role would be suitable for an extremely strong Administration Manager with a robust understanding of compliance.
You’ll also
- Lead the operational administration team to advance our Processing and Transport strategy
- Develop and implement strategic administrative plans aligned with business goals, utilising technology-driven solutions
- Maintain compliance with existing regulations and operational standards
- Conduct internal audits, develop action plans, and implement safety programmes to support positive operational change
- Oversee the execution of compliance and safety initiatives, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR), health and safety, injury management, and training
- Monitor network performance and collaborate with operations for proactive improvements
- Deliver insightful reports using financial analysis to evaluate productivity and cost impacts
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels to drive business improvements
- Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and customer-centricity
- Set clear team expectations, recognise contributions, and support career development

You’ll also have
- A strong background in operational administrative management
- Comprehensive understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and their operational impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at relationship management and report writing
- Proven experience in operational roles and knowledge of LEAN principles – highly desirable
- Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and familiarity with SLA frameworks and audit/compliance programmes
- Ability to drive change in complex organisations with tight deadlines
- Strong influencing skills, aligned with safety, accountability, and customer focus
- Understanding of Industrial Relations, unionised environments and WHS legislation
- The ability to travel to Adelaide periodically.
