The Role

  • Upload and manage property listings, create marketing materials, and coordinate photography and videography for property listings.
  • Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations, including researching local market.
  • Maintain and update client databases and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
  • Compiling campaign reports for vendors.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on transaction progress, scheduling property viewings, and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage the exchange to settlement period between vendor, buyers, solicitors and internal departments.
  • Administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process – including vendor management and update client database when required.
     

Requirements

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Flawless organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask a high volume, fast paced workload
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
  • Has proficient computer skills
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is advantageous
  • Available to work flexible hours when required
  • Exceptional customer service for our clients
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Holds a current drivers licence
  • Holds a certificate of registration in real estate or willingness to undertake
  • Willingness to undertake real estate traineeship
