Role Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the sales process through the provision of effective administrative support and people management. This will involve but not be limited to, assisting sales personnel with the generation of quotations, following up on client/supplier orders, dealing with warranty/project returns and ensuring job orders are completed and invoiced as directed.
The Successful Candidate: To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in sales administration, a Certificate III or Diploma level qualification in Office Management (preferred), and an intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy across the MS Office Suite. You will also possess the ability to manage your time and multiple tasks effectively, strong organisational and problem-solving ability as well as superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
