Your new role
Joining a team of 4 other internal Sales Administrators, you'll be an integral part of the Sales Department. Duties include:
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Follow up on quote feedback
- Data entry of quotes and orders into system
- Following up on order time frames, including liaising with production staff
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous sales administration experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings is highly regarded
- Steel industry experience, or Cad drafting experience will be highly regarded
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
