The Role:
You will be a part of a high-performing sales administration team, managing administrative function and ensuring compliance.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders - i.e. agents, conveyancers, contractors, vendors
- Support agents from pre-listing duties through to the sale, including marketing documentation
- Manage contracts/files and ensure compliance to both legislation and agency policy/standard
- Administrative duties for current listings
- Organising pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents, and sales contracts
- Database management and updating client records

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or marketing, PA, EA roles in the property or real estate industry
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
