About the role & duties
As their new Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating property sales, engaging with clients, and honing valuable skills in a dynamic industry. As part of this role, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive office management support while handling various real estate sales tasks in our thriving office.
- Collaborate within a team to support a group of esteemed sales agents and their teams.
- Prepare essential listing and sales documentation with precision.
- Manage the listing process from upload to launch seamlessly.
- Coordinate marketing materials, including open home advertising, and oversee marketing adjustments.
- Liaise effectively with the accounts department for trust account allocation and distribution of marketing funds and deposits.
- Streamline contract processing and diligently follow up on conditions through to settlement.
- Handle contract condition management and maintain effective communication with conveyancing, lead sales agents, and their teams.
- Ensure seamless management of databases.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate administration.
- Enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and the ability to take initiative.
- A professional demeanor, excellent phone etiquette, and outstanding customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, adept at prioritization, and thriving in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in advanced computer skills, typing, and adaptability to new systems.
