We work with the SMB market to optimise their business outcomes by providing expert consultation and implementation of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will join our friendly and professional team in our Gold Coast Office. You will provide excellent customer service and technical support to our customers who use our products and services. You will also collaborate with our highly skilled and motivated consultants to learn from their experience and knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding users through features and functionalities. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software and have a basic understanding of Windows, Servers and general networking skills. Mac OS knowledge is not essential.

Responsibilities- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Team
- Assist in training customers on using the product
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Excellent customer service ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Experience with the basics of managing Microsoft 365 Tenants
- Understanding of how CRM systems work (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work through complex cases
- You will ideally have a degree or diploma in Information Technology
- Drivers license required
- Must be able to work in Australia
