Description
- Estimate and create job tickets for customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the plant manager to address any emergency problems that may arise.
- Keep customers informed about projected timelines for their projects/troubleshooting
- Enter customer orders
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns in adherence to department policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
- Respond to Customer Service queries and provide updates to customers.
- Create quotes on behalf of the sales department.
- Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns to internal team members.
- Support the high-energy sales team by responding to and directing incoming sales inquiries.
- Prepare sales presentations and manage booking deadlines.
- Take charge of daily administration, processes, and document control.
- Deliver efficient and professional Customer Service.
- Preferred experience or knowledge of flexible packaging and film substrates (not mandatory).
- Excellent Customer Service skills through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Familiarity with pre-press and pre-press workflow is a plus.
- Understanding of estimates and customer expectations is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Adaptable, flexible, customer-focused, and action-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
