Description

• Estimate and create job tickets for customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Collaborate with the plant manager to address any emergency problems that may arise.
• Keep customers informed about projected timelines for their projects/troubleshooting
• Enter customer orders
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns in adherence to department policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
• Respond to Customer Service queries and provide updates to customers.
• Create quotes on behalf of the sales department.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns to internal team members.
• Support the high-energy sales team by responding to and directing incoming sales inquiries.
• Prepare sales presentations and manage booking deadlines.
• Take charge of daily administration, processes, and document control.
• Deliver efficient and professional Customer Service.

Profile

• Preferred experience or knowledge of flexible packaging and film substrates (not mandatory).
• Excellent Customer Service skills through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Familiarity with pre-press and pre-press workflow is a plus.
• Understanding of estimates and customer expectations is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Adaptable, flexible, customer-focused, and action-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.
• Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
• Positive "can-do" attitude and a sense of fun.
