About the role
Belle Property Randwick’s Principal, Shane Vincent, is seeking a Sales Administrator/Executive Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support to his team throughout the listing, marketing and exchange processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual to join an experienced, successful and growing Sales Team.
Key Duties Include:
- Manage appraisal to list processes and sales to settlement processes using shared checklists
- Create sales pre-list kits, listing presentation property proposals, marketing quotes and auction calendars for agent
- Prepare sales agency agreements for vendor and agent to sign via DocuSign
- Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met
- Coordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/photo montages, and stylists for each property (as required)
- Coordinate and attend pest and building inspections, valuations and trade appointments
- Upload and manage all sales properties onto the internet using CRM (Agent Box)
- Monitor and maintain all listings on belleproperty.com, realestate.com.au and domain.com.au web pages
- Process sales exchange of contracts via DocuSign
- Manage and prepare agent marketing including social media, letter box drops and DLs as per a pre-planned marketing schedule
- Preparation of open home packs and property fact sheets
- Data entry and maintenance in CRM system
Requirements
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday work)
- Minimum 12 months of experience in real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
