Sales Administrator

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator who thrives under pressure and is eager to build a sustainable career! This role could be a great opportunity for someone in an administrative role in another industry to expand their skills and experience whilst working in a dynamic, fun, and rewarding environment. This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday- Friday.

The duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
• Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
• Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
• Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
• Generating CMA’s & prospecting administration for your Lead Agent
• Self-managing day to day tasks; and
• Providing professional communications to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

  Skills & Experience

• Strong administrative background with a desire to learn or expand Real Estate knowledge;
• Has the ability to work well under pressure;
• Is a team player and contributes wherever needed;
• Excellent work ethic and a high attention to detail;
• Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities; and
• Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package.
