Sales Administrator - Real Estate

ur client is growing and searching for an energetic self-starter who can multitask, set priorities, and perform well under pressure!

THE ROLE:
We can assure you that no two days will ever be the same in this fast-paced position. You will be:

• Contract and leasing management through to settlement, meeting key deadlines
• Administration assistance to a team of 5 alongside another Senior Administrator
• Coordination and preparation of Property Marketing material through external stakeholders 
• Professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client outcomes are achieved at the highest standard
• Preparing Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums and Vendor Reports 
• Preparation of marketing submissions & quotes
• Database management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Real Estate 
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suites 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration is essential
