THE ROLE:
We can assure you that no two days will ever be the same in this fast-paced position. You will be:
- Contract and leasing management through to settlement, meeting key deadlines
- Administration assistance to a team of 5 alongside another Senior Administrator
- Coordination and preparation of Property Marketing material through external stakeholders
- Professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client outcomes are achieved at the highest standard
- Preparing Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums and Vendor Reports
- Preparation of marketing submissions & quotes
- Database management
- Experience in Real Estate
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration is essential
