This role sits within Australia’s most successful prize home lottery and supports the day-to-day operations of our sales and service channels - Contact Centre and Direct Sales - to achieve continual improvement in sales and compliance outcomes.
Key responsibilities of this role also include:
- Contributing to daily, weekly and end of Art Union sales reporting to enable campaign optimisation.
- Conducting quality assurance monitoring of vendors to ensure contract obligations are met combined with delivery of customer excellence and compliance.
- Using analysis and reporting as well as feedback to monitor and drive vendor performance
- Liaise with external stakeholders as required to provide ongoing support and assistance.
- Build positive ongoing working relationships with channel partners and other key suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimise the financial controls for the sales and service channels through accurate coding of invoicing and maintaining financial spreadsheets.
- Responds to changes in customer needs.
Being responsible for a sales channel in Australia’s largest prize home lottery is no mean feat, and this role requires someone who can drive outcomes through strong relationships, take initiative and go above and beyond when needed. - At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Must possess sound people management skills with ability to handle conflict and grievances.
- Experience using a CRM or data base system, preferably membership based.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with demonstrated experience in the completion of administrative tasks including reporting and reconciliation of information.
- Self-motivated achievement oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of information.
