As the Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role, dealing with clients, contracts and the sales team. You will act as an anchor in the office. The ideal candidate will be someone motivated and organised, with an interest in land and property contracts as well as proficient in Salesforce, having supported busy sales teams.
About You:
- 3+ years experience in a fast paced administration role - ideally within the constructions and property industry
- Must be proficient with Salesforce
- Efficient and reliable professional
- Well presented and familiar with a corporate environment
- Experience dealing with clients, sales teams, and contracts
- Exposure to to supporting marketing teams
- Possess paralegal experience (contracts) - desirable but not essential
- Motivated and switched on with a friendly personality.
- Background in construction, property, or real estate is highly desirable.
About the role
- Sales Administration including contracts and client relationships
- Attending marketing meetings, detailing minutes and liaising with external marketing team
- Utilisation of the CRM (Salesforce essential) for creation of new projects
- Preparing reports such as Sales and commission repots
- Familiarisation with costs
- Maintain Accurate Data
- Office restocking and orders
- Contracts Reviewing
