The Melbourne office of IAE Edu Net, an internationally renowned and vibrant education agency catering to students in need of school placement services, is currently looking for a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Full-time Sales and Marketing Manager capable of demonstrating top-tier management and Marketing abilities.
The main duties you will be undertaking include:
- Developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies to promote educational services offered by the agency.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients, including students seeking educational opportunities abroad and partner institutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, both domestic and international, to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
- Creating promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to attract prospective students and partners.
- Organizing and attending recruitment events, such as fairs, exhibitions, and information sessions, to showcase educational opportunities.
- Managing advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, online platforms, and print media.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as admissions and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Analyzing Sales and Marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on Sales and Marketing activities and outcomes.
