ATTRACTIVE SALARY OF $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + Uncapped commissions!
Felix Young Australia is looking for an experienced SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER to join our growing team. Your attitude, work ethic and dedication are more important to us than your degree. We are looking for someone to plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate our organization's Sales and Marketing activities.

Duties include:
Support the growth of our clients and their brand.
Work autonomously in your local region to build and grow our client portfolios.
Be involved in ongoing team training and development.
Ability to manage sales teams of 5 + employees.
Responsible for organizing daily locations and sales team locations.
Run regular team meetings and daily sales training.
Develop marketing strategies to develop company brand and loyalty.
Develop Sales and Marketing strategies for target market/s using effective techniques to maximize revenue.
Identifying Sales Targets. Setting client sales targets.
Creating Sales Plans
Providing additional Training Opportunities
Managing the client and their accounts
Recruiting and Hiring new employees.
Research industry changes and trends.
Complete time sheets.
Track bonuses, commissions, and KPIs.
Conduct staff performance reviews.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Professional level of English.
Full Australian Working Rights.
MINIMUM 3 years direct sales experience.
Management experience desired.
