We are an established private psychology practice with currently 16 x locations (Alkimos, Currambine, Hillarys, Warwick, Woodvale, Ellenbrook, Ballajura, Osborne Park, Victoria Park, Subiaco, Floreat, Mt Lawley, Booragoon and Fremantle, Mandurah and Woodvale) situated across the Perth metropolitan area and over 165 psychologists.
Clear Health Psychology has a dedicated team of highly skilled team of clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists and psychologists selected specifically for their experience and knowledge. We take a collaborative approach with our clients to provide them with practical, effective, and confidential psychology services to assist them with managing various life challenges. Our psychologists have a passion to empower their clients to learn strategies to improve their lives.
Reporting directly to the Managing and Clinical Director, Clear Health Psychology is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for championing the digital marketing strategy and execution of the tactics in support of the marketing goals.
Specific Responsibilities also include:
- Oversee marketing function for the company ensuring business objectives are being met.
- Oversee sales function and business development.
- Member of the executive management team along with the MD, CFO, Clinical Director and Operations Manager.
- Leading and managing the implementation of the marketing plan, including new content social media growth initiatives, integrated campaigns, and lead generation activity.
- Leadership of consumer and B2B (EAP, Insurance, NDIS) marketing and sales-based initiatives.
- Leading and managing the implementation of the sales plan, including GP initiatives and lead generation.
- Management of brand campaigns, working with external agencies/contractors, making media/creative decisions and reporting.
- Support key strategic initiatives and growth strategies.
- Management of the marketing budget across all campaigns and areas of marketing.
- Develop and deliver local marketing campaigns and clinic support
- Deliver medical marketing campaigns.
- Manage and annually plan the Marketing budget to deliver in line with business goals.
- Ownership of digital optimisation and transformation projects.
- Develop impactful and measurable SEO strategies, in partnership with our SEO agency.
- Ownership and management of budgets, forecasting and reconciliation.
- Use data and technology to improve both brand performance and member experience.
- Working with agency and internal teams, ensure all campaigns have deep measurement attached in addition to comprehensive tracking.
- Promote a culture of success and accountability with the team and help the team comfortably learn from success, failure, and feedback.
- Ownership of website changes and initiatives.
Selection Criteria:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Health Industry.
- Passion for metrics and ability to turn analysis into insights, ideas, and action.
- Ability to both lead and drive autonomously and to meet tight deadlines with regular updates to key stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Linked In and Twitter
- Sound understanding of marketing attribution models and performance measurement options and tools.
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind, leverage customer insights and data to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand and drive growth.
- Excellent team player who values other views and can earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence a senior audience.
