Position: Meat Processor and Sales Associate

Become an integral part of Futari Wagyu's success as a Meat Processor and Sales Associate, combining expertise in secondary meat processing with a focus on driving domestic sales.

Responsibilities:

• Execute secondary meat processing activities, ensuring high-quality standards in line with company guidelines and HACCP Plan.
• Pick and pack with stock and delivery team for B2B and retail customer services.
• Ability to use or learn computer based programs and apps such as square, shopify, fresho, routific and other business software
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and maximize yield.
• Contribute to the development of innovative meat products to meet market demands.
• Support domestic sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience or interest in meat processing, ideally with expertise in secondary processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong understanding of the domestic market and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving Sales and processing goals.
