We are currently seeking a Sales and Service Assistant for a full-time permanent role based at our office in Kembla Grange.
You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Transport and Operations teams over several sites, with a primary focus on maintaining SOILCO’s relationships with key internal and external customers.

Essential Criteria:
- Customer-Focused: Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude,
- Communicative: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Organized: Exhibit strong time management skills and multitasking abilities,
- Proactive: Eager to find solutions and demonstrate problem-solving skills,
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and quick to learn internal databases. Exposure to Green Tree financial software is desirable,
- Sales-Driven: Passionate about achieving group sales targets.
Various duties include:
- Managing and responding to incoming phone calls,
- Processing new customers into sales, transport, and weighbridge systems,
- Preparing & coordinating daily run sheets for food waste collection vehicles,
- Preparing monthly reports and invoices,
- Data entry of compliance records,
- Maintaining customer database and archiving of records.
Position will be available to commence immediately.
