With an office headed up by an approachable and dynamic Director, you will be efficient, precise and attentive. On a daily basis, your day to day duties will include:
- Work alongside a lead Agent
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Buyer call backs following open homes
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Database prospecting, development and maintenance
- Attending weekly sales meetings & training
- General administration duties
- Attending open home inspections
- Must have some Real Estate experience, ideally in Sales
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Confidential, professional and friendly phone manner
- Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
