SalaryI am representing an extremely experienced and established Real Estate Agent who's been operating in Residential Sales personally for the last 10 years and transacts on 100 properties per annum.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join the team.
This team currently operates at an extremely high level. The agent is in the Top 1-5% of all Real Estate Agents in Australia grossing $2,000,000 in commissions each year and we are looking to increase that number.
If you have experience in Real Estate Sales, lead generation or have the ability to run property campaigns from start to finish ie marketing to negotiation. Then you are the right candidate for this role, so please apply!
The plan is to grow the current teams sales volume. So straight away you will be put on 3 listings in your first month and you will be the agent representing these properties online to buyers in the market place on re.com, domain.com and the agency website and social media pages. This is to enable the current lead agent and team to carry another 5-8 listings per month.
Once you receive an offer on a property and or multiple contract requests, thats when you will hand over the buyer and hot contract holders to the lead agent for negotiation and close. You will be privy to these conversations to further develop your career and build you into becoming your own agent in this team.
