Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferred, but not mandatory: Current QLD Registration Certificate.
- Possession of a valid QLD Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience within real estate sales/administration or a related field.
- Willingness to embrace a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computing skills.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Facilitate administrative tasks including drafting contracts, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate property open homes, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and agents alike.
- Prepare property appraisal kits and conduct market research to inform pricing strategies and market trends.
- Manage database and arrange regular correspondence and updates.
- Manage enquiries and correspondence promptly and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Collaborate with agents to prospect and achieve sales targets, delivering outstanding results.
- Maintain and manage agent social media accounts and engagements.
