We are looking for a motivated and driven experienced Sales Associate to work alongside the highest selling real estate agents in our business. As the highest selling real estate agency on the Upper North Shore, you will be working in a fast paced office which is renowned for a vibrant and fun team culture. We have crafted an industry-leading Associate Development Program which will give you the tools to succeed and grow your sales career. You will be guided by both the agent, his head of operations and a dedicated Associate Development Manager and Head of Performance; giving you all the support to ensure you reach your full potential.
Your day to day duties will include;
- Prospecting to generate new leads – phone calls & door knocking
- Build relationships with prospective leads
- Prepare for & conduct open homes
- Buyer call backs & manage appointments
- Buyer database management
- Assisting with agent database management
- Data entry in to CRM
- Attend sales meetings & training
- Create vendor reports
- Diary management & ad hoc tasks
- Attending auctions
- Depending on team/agent structure, some administrative duties will be required
Requirements:
- Preferably 12 months experience in a real estate or a sales role, however if you’re motivated but have no experience we encourage you to apply
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License essential
- Vehicle & license
- An understanding of the real estate sales process and legislation
- Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written
- Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- The ability to manage and complete high volumes of work
- These roles are Monday-Saturday roles with one day off during the week as negotiated with the sales agent.
