If you don't know what $4m CGI means as a comparison...most Real Estate Agents are lucky to hit $500k GCI each year. $4m GCI is 6 to 8 times what your Average agent achieves in property sales each year to put it into perspective...
You couldn't buy this type of training....in fact, they will pay you to learn.
This IS NOT one of those Credit/Debit Salaries. You will be paid Wages with no payback out of commissions + you will be eligible for Commission on top.
($120k - $150k On Target Earnings p.a.)

About You:
Must have your QLD Real Estate Cert/License already in hand.
6-12 Month experience already in an Sales Associate role is and advantage.
Ready to boot-up, turn-up and follow-up.
Ready to relentlessly pick up the phone.
Take in everything in like a sponge.
Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and do the work.
Quick on the uptake.
Common sense (please)
Respectful.
Mindful.
Great communicator.
Relentless in your mindset to achieve.
Understand that how you do one thing is how you do everything.
Ok with being pushed out of your comfort zone to learn.

Sales Associate under respected High-Performing Agent based in Aspley.
Flakes need not apply.
Daily Lead Generation, Weekly Open Homes, Buyer Follow-ups & Door Knocking is all part of it.
