Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Attending marketing appraisals
- Prospecting -database calls, door knocking, letterbox drops
- Email, appointment, and diary management
- Buyer callbacks following open homes
- Database development and maintenance
- Assisting with property presentation for market
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Previous Real Estate experience – you could be a property manager looking for a change or a Sales Associate seeking to take the next step!
- Strong attention to detail is a must!
