Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate to a highly successful agent at Amir Prestige, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the agent to identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers.
• Assist in preparing and conducting property viewings, meetings, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.
• Help create marketing materials and listings.
• Coordinate and organize property showings, open houses, and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and campaign coordination.

Qualifications:

• Valid QLD Real Estate certificate
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
• Prior experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
