Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our team by engaging with potential clients in our display home environment, located in Brisbane's western corridor. You'll receive comprehensive product training at our head office, along with on-the-job guidance from our Senior Sales Consultants.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing information about our custom home designs, knock-down rebuild options, and turnkey offerings.
- Guiding clients through the home selection and purchase process.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Experience in new home construction, either in a sales or customer service capacity.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and have two weekdays off.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Competitive base salary up to $65,000 including superannuation.
