Our client is a technology services training provider within the emergency services sector. Due to an extended period of growth, they now require a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to develop and win sales opportunities whilst nurturing existing business relationships.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet annual sales targets set by the Head of Growth.
• Use a consultative sales approach to align products with customer needs, report findings regularly.
• Implement sales plans for >90% customer retention, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Our Client's systems and products, contributing to messaging improvement.
• Develop a prospecting model to sustain a pipeline exceeding three times the sales target
• Coordinate customer meetings, prepare and review sales proposals, manage sales pipeline, and provide progress reports as needed.
