Sales & Business Development Executive

Reporting through to the Head of Growth, this role entails spearheading the development and acquisition of sales opportunities within the region. There is a focus on cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, and ultimately, driving new revenue growth. This involves not only identifying potential sales leads but also nurturing them through the sales process to successful closure. Additionally, the position is accountable for securing fresh streams of revenue through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches tailored to meet the needs of the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet annual sales targets set by the Head of Growth.

• Use a consultative sales approach to align products with customer needs, report findings regularly.

• Implement sales plans for >90% customer retention, fostering loyalty and advocacy.

• Maintain a deep understanding of Our Client's systems and products, contributing to messaging improvement.

• Develop a prospecting model to sustain a pipeline exceeding three times the sales target

• Coordinate customer meetings, prepare and review sales proposals, manage sales pipeline, and provide progress reports as needed.
