Role Overview:
As the Sales & Business Development Manager at Alfie & Co, you will lead our efforts to enhance sales, structure our Business Development processes, and maintain the brand's integrity. Reporting directly to the company owners and driving one sales staff, you will be instrumental in implementing strategies that increase sales, enhance customer engagement, and achieve our sales targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Lead prospecting, ensuring the expansion of our customer base.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with new customers.
- Collaborate closely with the company owners, sales, and marketing team to refine sales tactics and customer engagement strategies.
- Utilize creative and innovative approaches to overcome key challenges in marketing and selling luxury leisure boating experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Business Development, preferably in the luxury, leisure, or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive sales teams toward achieving set targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with a high-end clientele.
- Creative thinker with strategic planning abilities, capable of navigating the challenges of the market.

Salary & Benefits:
- $80-120k + commissions, based on experience and qualifications.
