Mandarin speaking is a huge advantage in this location. This is an outstanding opportunity to start a career in Real Estate where you will be fully supported by a leading Sales team.Daily duties will consist of: Client appointments Vendor reports Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation Handling admin tasks and sales enquiry Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins Buyer management All open for inspections & private viewings Preparing for open for inspections & auctions Attend all required property auctions Organising photographer appointments Understanding the Real Estate legislation Assist in the signing of REIV documentation Responsible for key handling Handle diverted phone if necessary We are looking for a candidate with the following: Current Agents Rep certificate is a MUST Current Driver's License and own (reliable) car A desire to develop your career through great training and support Positive attitude and a passion for Real Estate Strong organisational and time management skills Mandarin preferred This could be the beginning of something big !
