Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the construction and industrial products, with a specific focus on fasteners. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets in the fasteners industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the fasteners industry.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and build relationships within the industry.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitive developments.
Salary and Benefits
Base $65K - $75k | Super 11% | Bonus
