Our footprint extends across first-tier construction companies, infrastructure developers, educators, government agencies, and sporting organizations. Your Stellar Contributions:
- Qualifications: Certificate, Diploma level qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.
- B2B Expertise: Previous success in B2B selling environments.
- Service Excellence: Elevate customer service to new heights with a friendly and solutions-focused attitude.
- First Point of Contact: Be the approachable and responsive first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with the wider sales team to ensure every customer receives unparalleled service.
- Sales Dynamo: Fuel your passion by achieving sales activities, targets, and driving continuous improvement.
- Consultative Guru: Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions through detailed benefit descriptions and product information.
- Proactive Prospect Hunting: Utilize external project pipeline tools (Cordell's, BCI) to identify and source actionable project prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Efficiently assess the nature and size of leads and opportunities, determining the best management approach.
- End-to-End Mastery: Proactively manage the end-to-end buying cycle for small projects and key accounts.
- CRM Maestro: Maintain client relationships using CRM tools (SalesForce advantage) and adhere to Ausco call planning requirements.
- Tech Savvy: Exhibit computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Opportunity Hunter: Source opportunities to pair compatible products and services, generating further sales.
- Negotiation Ninja: Skillfully handle sales transactions and negotiate on price and contract terms as required.
