Reporting to the Vehicle Sales Team Leader, you'll be facilitating novated car leasing products, qualifying and managing new and existing customers from quote through to receiving their dream car.
About the Role:
You will be required to understand and deliver sales solutions to customer and client novated leasing requirements, proactively action warm sales leads, develop and maintain client relationships, while managing your own workload and sales lead pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively action warm sales leads, to meet client and customers novated leasing needs.
- Managing a high volume of sales leads, and proactively working through these daily.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Working closely with clients and customer to ensure benefits are maximised, and needs are met.
- Liaising with other departments, and closing the loop with post sales care.
- Managing the filing, storage, and security of documents, and sales systems.
- Working towards sales targets and operational KPI's.
Who are you?:
- Someone who is a big picture thinker, collaborates, adapts, self leads and role models how they deliver results.
- You've got experience in customer service and sales - a plus if you've come from a financial service/telecommunication/luxury car dealership/business development background.
- You've got experience working in a phone-based environment, and are self driven to perform.
- You've got a natural affinity to translate complex jargon, and financial details into simple concepts.
- You're a pro at organising and managing competing priorities.
- You're tech savvy and can pick up new systems easily.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background checks, including a national police history check and 2 professional references.
- Successful applicants must be available full-time hours (38 per week) with availability across Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm, on a rotating roster.
- Hybrid workplace, with a healthy split of in office and work from home.
