About the role:
A unique opportunity exists for an experienced, well-presented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Sales professional to join our New & Used Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lucky individual to join our company at an exciting time with many new models & products arriving in 2024, and to operate out of our NEW, state of the art, Nissan & Volkswagen Showroom, that opened in 2023.
Responsibilities:
Within the role you will have access to sell new Volkswagen & Nissan cars & pre-owned vehicles. The successful applicant will deliver exceptional customer service, have strong product knowledge, and understand how to successfully sell the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary for the right applicant.
About you:
- Previous experience in an automotive sales role is advantageous but not essential.
- Passionate about the automotive industry and our brands.
- Ability to achieve KPI's.
- Have a true passion for selling motor vehicles.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
- A fantastic work ethic and aptitude.
- Highly organised.
- Motivated and Process Driven.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to create a positive working environment.
- Immaculately presented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on weekends is a must.
- Current VIC Drivers Licence.
