The Role

- Increase Revenue Through Specification Sales:
- Actively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Provide Solution-Oriented Sales to Existing Clients:
- Understand and address the specific needs of clients with customized solutions.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with current clients.
- Collaborate with Architects, Designers, Contractors, and the Building Sector:
- Establish and nurture professional connections within the industry.
- Serve as the primary liaison for industry professionals.
- Showcase a Diverse Product Portfolio at Multiple Levels:
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate the features and advantages of our products.
- Develop and Sustain Key Accounts and Long-Term Relationships:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of key accounts to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing engagement.
- Employ Persuasive Techniques to Influence Client Decisions:
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Address and overcome client objections with confidence.
- Maintain a Comprehensive Sales Pipeline and CRM System:
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Regularly update and manage sales forecasts and pipeline information.

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 + Super.
