Sales Consultant

In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our company, guiding homeowners on their journey to a more electrified future. You'll use your expertise to educate them on the benefits of solar panels, battery storage, air conditioning, heat pumps, and other exciting technologies.

Here's what you'll do:

• Answer questions, understand needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct thorough consultations at homes to assess needs and recommend the perfect electrification solutions.
• Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value we offer.
• Turn consultations into happy customers by guiding them through the sales process.
• Ensure a smooth experience for all by entering job notes into our system after each sale.

We're looking for someone who:

• Wants to make a difference! A passion for sustainability is a plus.
• Can juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Keeps things organised and communicates clearly with both customers and colleagues.
• Has a confident and customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM and job management systems is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of solar power is a perk, but not required – we'll provide all the training you need to become an expert!
