Qualifications & experience
- Possess 2-3 years of experience in Sales (cold calling, walking in etc.) preferably in education service background or similar.
- Experience in a sales and inbound/outbound call centre environment.
- Exhibits excellence communication skills (written & verbal), alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
- A quick learner, having strong phone manner and showing can do attitude.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Pays great attention to detail and can adapt quickly to new environments.
- Skill in prioritizing work, and multi-tasking.
- Having Australia full driving licence is preferable.
- A supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed in your KPI's
- Ability to deal with competing priorities and take ownership of the enquiries.
- Problem solving skills, diligence and accuracy.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications at a beginner to intermediate level.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, collaborating effectively within a diverse team.
- Advanced level of using Microsoft Word, Power Points, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- Flexibility to travel interstate is essential to organize events.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct prompt response and in bound call to the leads coming from our variety of source (social media, website, and references), and provide initial consultation advice & best suited solutions to customers for clients.
- Prepare and send the email for potential clients and do the follow up call to them making sure to close the deal.
- Conduct the business development activities including extend the opportunities on partnership with Agency, College and University.
- Conduct visits to college, university and related institution and promoting Leo Le Education services to students, teachers and/might be headmaster.
- Actively promote products and service offerings to customer and employ effective sales techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects, either remotely or in person.
- Showing the ability to achieve the target and KPIs and having experience in individual and team sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Flexible enough to travel (both regional area and other state) to conduct some marketing and selling activities with Leo Le Education’s partners and get some the opportunity from it.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to attract new clients. This involves conducting market research, generating leads, and cold calling potential customers.
