We’re looking for a Sales Consultant/ Account Manager to join our Sales & Service team on the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Service Sales Manager Northern, in our Sales & Service Equipment Business, as a Sales Consultant you will be developing new opportunities and growing existing relationships with our customers. You’ll be responsible for customer relationship management and driving sustainable growth across your portfolio in the region.
What will you be doing?
Driving and nurturing customer relationships
Proactively identifying growth opportunities in the region
Creating value propositions for customer's needs
Building and coordinating relationships between internal and external customers and stakeholders
Evaluating any commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account
Creating and managing sales opportunities through sales cycles
Some travel up to Central QLD / Mackay is required
What are we looking for?
Demonstrated success in Sales and/or Account Management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to listen and engage with the customer to understand their needs, challenges, budget and expectations
An effective negotiator who is able to think conceptually and turn strategies into objectives
Motivated, proactive and results driven
Highly organised and able to effectively manage your pipeline
Salesforce (CRM) and SAP experience highly desirable
Valid Australian driver's license
