Form of work Exciting new opportunities to join the Project Management Office (PMO) have become available within the National Finance and Administration Department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. There are permanent full time and 18-month fixed term contract opportunities available.
As part of the Project Management Office, the Assistant will provide general administrative assistance within the team and work with various ALDI departments to successfully support the governance and administrative needs of national projects.
What does the role look like?
Support the Senior Executive Manager/Executive Manager in general administrative duties, data analysis, invoicing and reporting
Review and assess new project proposals, evaluating implications, risks and potential impacts across various departments
Utilise various data sources to support the preparation of business cases for the eyes of the Managing Directors
Collaborate with various project management teams to understand project deliverables

What do we need from you?
Demonstrated experience within a similar role providing administrative support to a Project Management team required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong business acumen
Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Excel skills
Sound analytical skills with a basic understanding in finance or accounting desirable
ServiceNow experience highly regarded
