Want to be a part of an Industry Leading, Australian family-owned business? With over 35 years’ experience in the Caravan and RV manufacturing industry Australian Caravan Centre has an exciting role open in our expanding sales team!

As a Sales Consultant at Australian Caravan Centre, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers embark on unforgettable journeys by finding the perfect caravan to suit their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring dealership's attractive presentation.
  • Advertising available stock units to attract potential buyers.
  • Creating promotional videos to showcase caravan features and benefits.
  • Assisting in setup and preparation for industry events and exhibitions.

Full Time Position including Saturdays and an RDO mid-week
Salary plus attractive commission structure on offer!

Sales Excellence: Providing outstanding customer service and guidance through the sales process. Ensuring a structured and process-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services whilst delivering our companies high standards and ethics at all times. 

Self-Motivation: Proactively generating leads, managing client relationships, and maintaining a high level of personal drive to achieve personal and team goals. 

Structured Approach: A structured approach to sales, with the ability to follow a defined sales process. The ability to efficiently manage sales pipelines and customer interactions through CRM software. A self-motivated individual with a drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • A genuine interest in the caravan and outdoor lifestyle, with a passion for the products you'll be selling.
  • The ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn about our products and industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage sales leads, follow-ups, and paperwork efficiently.
  • Commercial acumen and a proven ability to create opportunities in a Sales environment.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A current Forklift licence and prior towing experience would be highly regarded however not essential.
