About the role
You will be a professionally presented individual with strong relationship-building skills. Service incoming buyer enquiries on exciting new off-the-plan projects, primarily across Apartments & Townhouses. This position has high and achievable earning potential and requires a Victorian Agents Rep.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional sales service to all incoming buyer enquiries
- Develop an intimate understanding of each project and present features and benefits to potential buyers
- Actively seek to convert enquiry to sale negotiate with Buyer and Vendors
- Vendor and buyer meetings
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce database)
- Review and optimise online listings to ensure availability, information, and pricing is accurate
- Functions and networking events
- Campaign management and reporting
- Prepare projects for Sale by managing listings via various advertising portals and project websites.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following attributes:
- Victorian Agents Rep required
- Residential Sales experience desirable
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- Knowledge of Real Estate packages
- Negotiating and organisational skills
- Uphold a polished presentation
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality
